Job Description

We are seeking a talented, self-starting individual to join our PMO and assume responsibility for delivering project management services to our Managed Services Team. In this role you will interact directly with RPI’s Managed Services customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout the onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support of their ERP and process automation software systems. You will be managing and delivering end-to-end managed service engagements and be accountable for all client service delivery related activities including stakeholder management, team management, reporting, escalation and communication management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Regular and consistent collaboration with customers to confirm their service needs and to explore how RPI’s Managed Services offerings can address their growth and future needs (Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly status reporting and meetings)
  • Documentation and Reporting:Creation and Maintenance of project data for client updates, internal analysis and process improvement, business development. This includes tracking of Budgets and Hours, Maintenance Activities and Schedules, Resource Coordination, Service Level Agreements, Ticketing activity, Marketing and Business Development offerings (upcoming webinars, podcasts, training),
  • Delivery: End to end project management for managed service engagements and ad hoc projects. Responsible for all client service delivery related activities including stakeholder management, team management, reporting, escalation and communication management.
  • Assist RPI’s Service Delivery Manager with the set-up of new managed service contracts by preparing standard operating procedures and governance plans, completing setup in RPI’s internal professional services software, and scheduling consulting resources as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or a relevant field or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience related to Project Coordination, Project Management, Software Support Desk, Support Service Delivery Management in a Managed Services environment
  • Ability to quickly learn software and teach others new things
  • Experience with incident management software applications, we use HubSpot
  • CAPM, PMP, or similar project management credential preferred

Salary: Pay commensurate with experience

Location: Position is located in our Baltimore Headquarters office
