Job Description

Do you enjoy payroll administration and processing? Have you enjoyed a system implementation experience and would like to do more projects and systems implementations? We have an opportunity for you where you can use your payroll expertise and we will teach you consulting while you work in a supportive team environment with tons of growth potential.

RPI Consultants will give you training related to Infor Lawson Enterprise software and consulting, while you, as a payroll expert, will apply your payroll administration experience and knowledge of processing systems. This position will progress to include system implementation responsibilities such as business requirements gathering, process design, gap analysis, functional documentation and specifications, integrated testing, data conversions, report development, end user training and support.

  • Work as part of our Human Capital Management team to implement and improve our customers use of Infor Lawson HRIS and Payroll systems
  • Learn everything about Infor Lawson ERP with hands-on experiences
  • Learn and apply RPI Consultants implementation methodology

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a 1+ years of functional experience in Payroll Administration/ Processing and Payroll Software Systems
  • Has the ability to quickly learn and understand software and project management tools
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Results oriented and customer focused by nature
  • Is well-versed in standard Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Project
