As a Business Analyst for RPI Consultants, you will be in the thick of the action—right from day one. Our lean, ambitious group within RPI will offer you considerable autonomy, a dynamic selection of work to own and the opportunity to make a difference applying modern technologies to change organizations from top to bottom. AS a Strategic Services Business Analyst, you will work as part of a team to solve client challenges leveraging the latest in technology. As the position progresses, you will develop the skills of a true business consultant.

Our Strategic Services Include:

• Current state assessments of clients' enterprise systems
• Defining and improving Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting 
• Software selection
• Organizational Change Management leveraging Prosci
• Pre-planning and in-flight QA for large implementation projects
• RPA- Blue Prism and Kofax 
• Value Engineering

Your responsibilities will include:

• Research, Process analysis and design, Gap analysis, Strategy development
• Creating and presenting compelling findings to clients; including data visualization, ROI analysis and sales and marketing collateral and messaging
• Learning everything about strategy consulting, robotic process automation (RPA) and Infor ERP

• BS/BA in Math, Finance, Science or a related field
• Team player! RPI’s “team-based approach” is integral to our success
• Creative problem solver
• Rational and focused on business impact
• Confident communicator
• Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Enjoys writing and content creation
• Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Visio
• Likes to travel
