RPI Consultants is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Infor Consulting Practice, but not just any Sr. PM.

RPI Project Managers working with the rest of the RPI Project Management team on Infor CloudSuite Implementation small and large, for collaborating on process improvement projects and for working together to help continuously improve project delivery. You will lead teams of consultants towards successful delivery of project goals and act as the primary liaisons with our clients. Thriving as an RPI Sr. PM, requires you to have in-depth knowledge and extraordinary skills that are not common in other project managers. Moreover, it also requires you to have a proven record of success in your previous projects.

Project Manager Responsibilities include:

• Project charter and plan development, updates, deliverables, and milestones (the usual)
• Manage scope, solution approach, and implementation methodology (you gotta own it!)
• Manage and supervise onsite delivery (herd cats, squirrels, yappie terriers, and the occasional elephant)
• Estimate resource requirements (repeatedly and with enthusiasm)
• Identify, assign, and manage delivery team resources (You’re the boss, you run the project)
• Point of contact for any client escalation (equally adept at slaying dragons and smoothing ruffled feathers)
• Coordinate status meetings and updates (Expert communicator with the ability to see the future)
• Ensure quality of deliverables (Quality is job #1)
• Manage timelines and project budgets (Make them love you but, don’t lose the farm)

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management roles
• 10+ years consulting experience
• Basic knowledge of CloudSuite Lawson application across three core suites
• Experience with Business process validation, system configuration, Data Conversion and Migration, Custom developments, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Cutover planning & Execution, go-live and System stabilization. We do implement software after-all.
