RPI Consultants provide business, functional and technical ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software consulting focused on the Infor Lawson market since 1999. Headquartered in Baltimore, MD with offices in Tampa, FL. and Kansas City, RPI Consultants is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our growing team. 

This position will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, & Executive Team. The individual should be prepared to work in a flexible, fast-paced, & fun team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, data entry and event planning. This position will require the ability to learn ‘on the fly’ and to be nimble in taking on new tasks.

Ideal for a junior or senior majoring in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred, but we are flexible based on the applicant and their needs. Must be very familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Publisher. Honesty, integrity and good interpersonal skills are key. *Must reside In the Baltimore Area.*

Main Duties:

• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Assist with execution of trade shows and user groups
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials
• Enter contact information into contact management systems
• Provide support for social media efforts
• Maintain tracking report of public relations and marketing activity
• Organize marketing collateral and documents in RPI shared drives
• Assist with webinar set-up/production
• 30 hours per week (Paid)
