Job Description

As a member of the RPI Consultants' PMO, this role will be charged with developing, leading and executing comprehensive and customized organizational change management strategies and plans, for our clients as related to RPI's core business, expert software consulting and project leadership for enterprise level implementations of Infor LawsonKofax, and Hyland products and solutions.

As a client facing role, travel is required up to 75%.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and documenting organizational impacts of change initiatives and planning strategies that lead to successful technology adoption
  • Assessing organizational cultures, capabilities, and alignment to effectively tailor change management approaches
  • Leading stakeholders through change management executive summary analysis, including project naming, purpose, and value propositions 
  • Using executive summary to inform all OCM communication deliverables
  • Leading communication efforts, employing multiple channels and innovative communication techniques to ensure strong awareness and preparation for change across all stakeholder groups
  • Effectively engaging client senior leaders as sponsors of change
  • Leading engagement efforts across all stakeholder groups, including change networks, champion forums, supporting leadership engagement and sponsorship forums.
  • Define measurable KPIs through stakeholder meetings and implement mechanisms to measure KPI and ROI through go-live and beyond
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and engagement
  • Project management and leadership of OCM activities

In addition to direct client delivery activities, this individual will:

  • Participate in and support the Program Management Organization practice in development and enhancement of the firm's organizational change management methodologies, tools, and other collateral
  • Coach and manage consultant and project manager level resources and actively participate in the performance expectation process

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing change management solutions in support of large-scale technology change projects
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management experience and developing work plans
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of verbal and written communications, including leadership or executive engagement
  • Large scale or enterprise software project implementation experience preferred

Additional Information

Location: Position is nationwide and requires frequent travel , up to 75%, nationwide as well as the discipline to work from home as needed.

Salary: Pay commensurate with experience
