RPI Consultants is hiring Senior Project / Engagement Managers to join our growing Infor Lawson Practice. RPI Project Managers lead teams of consultants towards successful delivery of project goals and act as the primary liaisons with our clients.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage Infor CloudSuite Implementations and process improvement projects
• Create and implement Project charter and plan development
• Ensure quality of deliverables and maintain updates and milestones
• Manage scope, solution approach, and implementation methodology
• Manage timelines and project budgeted
• Manage and supervise onsite delivery
• Estimate resource requirements
• Identify, assign, and manage delivery team resources
• Act as Point of contact for any client escalation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO team and methodologies

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management roles
• Basic knowledge of CloudSuite Lawson application across three core suites, preferred
• Experience with Business process validation, system configuration, data conversion and migration, custom developments, unit testing, integration testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and system stabilization
• Demonstrated high level of sales and customer service skills 
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated success generating revenue where opportunities align

Location: Position is nationwide and requires frequent travel nationwide as well as the discipline to work from home as needed.

Salary: Pay commensurate with experience
