We are seeking a Data Specialist to play a key role in a mission-critical project. The role demands deep expertise in databases, ETL processes, and data workflows, with a strong sense of ownership and structured way of working. You will play a critical role in ensuring reliable, accurate, and scalable data systems that power the products and systems developed by RMgX

• As a Lead Designer, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and usability. You will guide a team of designers, enforce design standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the UX/UI design of complex digital products across platforms.
• Define and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to shape product vision.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior associates on design execution.
• Drive adoption of modern design practices including micro-interactions and prototyping.
• Ensure design deliverables align with business goals and user needs.
• Present design solutions effectively to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction, or related field.
• Candidates with a design school background are preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Proven experience leading small to mid-sized design teams

SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

• Expert-level proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and interaction design.
• Experience in creating dashboards, complex flows, and enterprise applications.
