We are looking for a CRM Communication Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Infrastructure Management:

  • Monitor and maintain domain and IP reputation to ensure high email deliverability.
  • Ensure compliance of email campaigns with technical standards and legal requirements (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
  • Research and integrate the best SMS and WhatsApp providers to support communication channels.
  • Manage provider accounts, including personal dashboards and balance oversight.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues affecting campaigns (spam filters, blacklists, delivery errors).
  • Creation and support of short links for use in mailings.

Technical Collaboration and Performance Optimization:

  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to maintain optimal Open Rate (OR) and Conversion Rate (CR) across external communication channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push).
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics (deliverability, clicks, conversions) for external channels.
  • Develop and improve email templates using HTML/CSS to enhance performance and cross-platform compatibility.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year Email Marketing Manager or Communications Manager;
  • Experience in integrating SMS providers
  • Сreating and warming up email senders, 
  • Setting up and working with WhatsApp;
  • Experience in gambling, betting;
  • Readiness for high workload/dynamic work;
  • Understanding of Casino-player behavior
