Job Description

We are seeking a Hungarian-speaking VIP-Support manager of for one of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing customer requests through various communication channels (mostly chats and emails, less phone calls).
  • Assisting clients with simple questions related to finance, stocks, and the platform.
  • Recording and maintaining a database of customer requests with a focus on quality work and compliance with SLAs.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at the initial level, working on indicators.
  • Collecting information about emerging issues and passing them on to senior colleagues.
  • Informing customers about available bonuses and promotions
  • Communicating with the audience at different stages of the customer lifecycle and at the request of the client;
  • Effective time managing and task prioritizing.
  • Working with Tableau, REA, Backoffice.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills, knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the field of customer service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Hard work ethic.
  • Analytical skills and basic data skills.
  • Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of English (B1 level).
  • Knowledge of Hungarian (native speaker and/or C1 level).
