Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven PSP Business Development Manager to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new partners to expand and diversify payment solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners.
  • Analyze and evaluate current partnerships and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new payment solutions.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing partners.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of business development experience in the FinTech, preferably in psp;
  • Excellent communication in English (B2 and higher) — is a must;
  • Understanding of KYB, compliance, corporate structuring
  • Proven experience with payment systems and tools is essential.
  • Successful track record of new markets entry

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the payment solutions market and their integration into business processes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred:

  • Experience working on international projects and iGaming
  • Proficiency in multiple foreign languages.
  • Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in payment systems.
