Know your BluNext Race: Five Laps to your Future 

Lap 1: Application and Initial Screening

Review of your academic milestones, leadership achievements, and professional background to understand your potential.

Lap 2: The 60-Second Video Elevator Pitch

Show us who you are. Shortlisted candidates will submit a 60-second video introducing themselves and            demonstrating their communication skills, personality, and aspirations.

Lap 3: Online Personality Tests

Candidates who pass the video screening will complete our online behavioral and personality profiles to map their innate leadership strengths. No eliminations, this is for curating balanced teams for our live Assessment Center. 

Lap 4: Full-Day Physical Assessment Center (Including 45-Min Aptitude/IQ Test)

Step into the action. Experience a full day of immersive simulations, teamwork challenges, problem-                  solving activities, and an aptitude assessment designed to explore your potential in a hospitality                          leadership environment.

Lap 5: Final Executive Interviews

The final selection stage consists of a strategic panel interview with our General Manager, Director P&C, and operational directors.
