Job Description

Primary Objective:

To assist RHB SG management for all minutes taking (for all committees where Legal and Secretariat has been appointed as secretariat to the committees) board papers for the RHB Group subsidiaries in Singapore, convening of board meetings for the subsidiaries AGM, EGM etc.  and other duties as assigned by management.

  • Responsible for minutes taking for all management committee meetings and board meetings.
  • Responsible for administrative matters in issuing of notices of meetings, agendas etc and compiling all papers for submission to the for management and board meetings.
  • Convening AGMs and EGMs and preparation of documents, resolutions and minutes of meetings.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 years' experience in taking minutes of meetings preferably in banking industry
  • Resourceful and a good team player
  • Good time management skills an ability to multitasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
