Job Description

Primary Objective:

  • Acquire new Middle Market Enterprise (MME) customers & deepen relationships with existing customers. Promote MME loan products to these customers to meet annual targets set. Cross sell and up-sell to meet the Bank’s overall annual targets set.
  • Perform credit review to proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition & implement appropriate strategies to prevent or minimize loan defaultment or NPL.
  • Perform client servicing, so as to meet customer service standards set by the department & to achieve good customer satisfaction rating

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit review to proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition & implement appropriate strategies to prevent or minimize loan defaultment or NPL.
  • Perform client servicing, so as to meet customer service standards set by the department & to achieve good customer satisfaction rating.
  • Increase facility utilization rate in current MME customers to enhance the Bank’s share of wallet
  • Gather & feedback competitor banks’ new products & services with Product Team to update the team on competitors’ offerings to achievement product/service competitiveness to meet target revenue.

Qualifications

Formal Education:

  • Degree / Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

  • Minimum 3-5 years Small Medium Enterprise / MME banking experience with good business network and proven track record of acquiring new business accounts
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management and commercial / corporate including credit processing, evaluation and appraisal

Other skills required:

  • Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a high pressure environment as well as in a team
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
