Job Description

SME Products and Services

  • Solicit and develop new borrowing relationships, warm lead referrals from existing borrowers and / or Relationship Managers’ contacts
  • Provide advisory for full suite of SME Products and Services except Corporate Banking’s Products and Services
  • Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilization rate and profitability as well as timely submission of credit review
  • Customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers’ requirements, structure deal and proper evaluation of credit risks to achieve a balance stance for the customer and bank
  • Underwrite credit risks by proper identifying of significant risks and mitigating factors
  • Ensure compliance of mandatory banking processes
  • Ability to cross sell bank’s other products and services

Wealth Products and Services

  • Acquire and build a strong network of customers for personal banking market segment
  • Provide advisory on Personal Financial Service’s Loans (including housing, education, renovation and other loans), Wealth and Insurance products
  • Provide prudent financial advisory and investment solutions to meet our clients’ financial planning need and requirements
  • Manage and preserve clients’ wealth to ensure clients meet their financial objectives with tailored financial solutions
  • Expected to achieve individual sales target while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the entire sales and compliance process
  • Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory acts)
  • Develop and deepen relationships with clients who have assigned to you

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Banking/Business Admin/Economics or related fields
  • (URM) Preferably 2-3 year sales experience in services
  • (Senior URM): Preferably 4 years sales experience in banking industry
  • Preferably sound knowledge in range of loans / wealth products and good understanding of loans / financial markets and trends 
  • Sales-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and a good team player 
  • Able to work independently
