Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, wireless communication and related supplies in the United States. Rexel USA operates its electrical distribution business in the United States through eight Regions that go to market under various banner and trade names, including Rexel, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, Mayer, Talley and Platt Electric Supply. We are looking for a Strategic Business Analysis Manager to join our Rexel, USA team!  This will be a Remote position in Georgia.  

Summary:
The Strategic Business Analysis Manager leads strategic, data-driven business analysis to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost optimization initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. Partnering with executive and cross-functional stakeholders, it translates strategy into measurable KPIs, requirements, and actionable roadmaps while guiding technology-enabled programs and change efforts. The position also establishes standards for data governance and reporting and develops field-ready tools and resources to improve execution and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic business analysis initiatives to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, cost optimization opportunities, and business transformation recommendations aligned with corporate objectives
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into measurable initiatives, business requirements, KPIs, and actionable roadmaps
• Drive data-driven decision process through analytics and insights focused on business performance, market trends, customer behavior, and financial metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• Establish business standards around data management and deployment through best practices, analytical frameworks, governance standards, and reporting processes that improve organizational effectiveness and business outcomes
• Manage cross-functional technology projects and strategic programs
• Development of local, field usable, technology resources
• Other duties as assigned
