As our Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the branch’s success. You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and build strong relationships with the customers who keep Australia’s electrical industry moving.

Job Description

  • Building customer relationships — Engage with customers, suppliers, and sales teams to create long‑term partnerships.
  • Leading your team — Coach, motivate, and communicate priorities to build an inclusive, high‑engagement culture.
  • Driving performance — Oversee operations to exceed sales, margin, profit, and service targets.
