Join jö Bonus Club as a Campaign Management Specialist (m/f/x) and help shape data-driven customer engagement across CEE markets. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns and customer journeys while enabling best practices across BILLA / IKI countries.

Job Description

  • Lead CRM campaign and customer journey development across CEE markets. 
  • Enable customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven CRM strategies. 
  • Drive campaign performance optimization through insights, KPIs, and best practices. 
  • Act as a central CRM advisor, ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration and GDPR compliance. 
  • Develop and optimize personalized campaigns, customer journeys, and campaign frameworks. 
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend actions to improve CRM effectiveness. 
  • Support CRM tool adoption and facilitate knowledge sharing across local teams and markets. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in CRM or digital marketing. 
  • Finished Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similiar related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions. 
  • Experience with campaign management and customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools/platforms (Bloomreach is a plus). 
  • Understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • English: B2 (confident verbal and written communication in a professional working environment)
