Job Description

  • Development of applications to provide data on sales prices, promotions, shelf meters and assortments for both the business and other IT products in a standardized and uniform form
  • Providing targeted support and advice to our stakeholders on the integration of external systems
  • Development of evaluations as a basis for data-driven decisions
  • Conception, design, documentation and implementation is done in an agile, cross-functional team
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures as well as analysis and elimination of software errors
  • Consulting with regard to feasibility as well as development of technical solutions
  • Collaboration in architecture decisions
  • Care and maintenance of the responsible products during operation
  • (optional) Experience in a technical lead role
  • (optional) Knowledge of Spring Boot, Kafka, Sonarqube, containerization and Kubernetes

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in software development
  • Very good knowledge of development with Java and/or Kotlin
  • Experience with SQL in relational databases
  • Experience with clean code developer principles
  • Knowledge of build processes (Maven/Gradle) and deployment services (GitLab CI/CD)
  • Experience with agile development methods (Kanban or Scrum)
  • Initiative and high motivation to learn new things and develop yourself further
  • Structured way of working and enjoy finding solutions in an agile development team
  • Good written and spoken German and/or English skills
  • Experience in a technical lead role
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot, Kafka, Sonarqube, containerization and Kubernetes
