Job Description

  • Design and implement APIs
  • Work on the back-end systems handling, consuming and producing data streams (Apache Kafka)
  • Handle and optimize applications
  • Build prototypes for future projects
  • Optimize availability and scalability for existing services
  • Stay up to date with state-of-the-art tech
  • Play essential role in the technological transformation of the company

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in agile development using Java, as well as familiarity with various frameworks and tools such as Spring 6, Maven and Git, Kotlin is a plus
  • Experience in SQL databases (AlloyDB, Oracle)
  • Experience in Unit Testing (Junit5), TDD is a plus
  • Experience in Cloud (AWS) and software architecture
  • Experience in GitLab CI/CD and Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
  • Experience or interest in learning Oracle PL/SQL development
  • Developing in message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Knowledge of Microservice design patterns is a plus
  • Refactoring legacy code doesn’t scare you
  • Ability to work well in a team, enjoy tackling technical challenges, and be comfortable with new technologies
  • Very good written and spoken English communication skills
