As a Software Engineer CRM you will be part of the Loyalty and Communication team responsible with designing, enhancing and implementing CRM solutions. You will develop and configure comprehensive CRM solutions that improve business processes and business efficiency.

• Design, configure, update, test and maintain CRM application
• Management of the security requirements
• Assisting in the integration of the CRM application with other enterprise applications
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Participate in code reviews to ensure consistent coding practices
• Understand the user's demands and select reasonable technical solutions to solve problems quickly
• Assisting with technical training, coaching and support of the end users

• Technical education (e.g. computer science, engineering, HTL) or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Java as well as relational database environments e.g. Oracle PL/SQL
• Previous touch points with CRM systems (third-party tools) would be an advantage
• Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
