We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Marketing Web Solution team and help us create a unique experience for our end customers on our websites.
Your designs will be a fundamental building block for our marketing as well as eCommerce sites. You will also work closely with designers from other teams. Your work will be seen on over 16 websites in 7 countries.

• You work in an interdisciplinary team at the interface to users, product owners and development and are in direct contact with all decisive stakeholders.
• You are aware that good user experience already starts in the project specifications and you also feel comfortable in the company of analysis teams. Here you support with your experience in requirements engineering from a design perspective.
• You integrate user experience and design work on the product in agile working models and work closely with development, reacting quickly to emerging tasks and also creating wireframes live during user workshop with all stakeholders.
• You provide design support during development sprints.
• You identify potentials in the use of the systems, increase usability and improve the user experience.
• In close collaboration with designers from other product teams, you create a design system that lays the foundation for all our websites.

• Your strengths and interests lie in UI design. Designing wireframes, interface designs and prototypes is your daily business, but you also enjoy running requirements gathering workshops during the specification phase and performing user tests including creating reports
• You bring a passion for solving complex product problems with simple designs and can inspire your whole team with it
• You are proficient in common UI and prototyping tools, are firm in UX methods and are ready to work with Figma in the future
• You are used to working with design systems. In your product team, you elicit design system requirements and retroactively teach about new features
• In the best case you have a degree in design. We also welcome career changers with comparable qualifications
• You bring along contact and persuasiveness skills, enjoy working in agile teams and know how to bring the best ideas to light in collaboration
• You show a high level of commitment and flexibility. An independent, accurate and goal-oriented way of working characterizes you
• Fluent english is required as you will join an international team.
