Job Description

 

Our client in the Fintech Industry requires the service of an experience *SALES MANAGER*. You are to Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extend Global reach.

 

 

*Location – Lagos*

 

*Job Responsibility*

·        Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.

·        Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.

·        Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.

 

 

Qualifications

*Job Qualification /Requirements*

·        HND/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics.

·         or Business Administration.

·        7 years above marketing experience with a corporate setting.

·        35 years below.

·        Proven track record of successful, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

·        Excellent leadership ability.

·        Must have had a marketing/sales experience in the bank/fintech company.

SALARY RANGE - N200,000 – N500,000*
