Remote Senior Accountant needed at tech-forward accounting firm for small businesses clients.  Experience with e-commerce clients, nice to have!  

Job Overview:

• Manage the accounting and finance needs for multiple clients.
• Demonstrated experience of independently managing a book of clients, varying in size and complexity  
• Work with a diverse group of businesses, communicating regularly with clients and positioning them for financial success. 
• Build strong client relationships; become their go-to accounting expert

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks for 30 to 50 clients
• Daily AP, AR, Payroll, bank reconciliations, adjusting journal entries
• Prepare financial statements
• Regular communication with clients to review their financial and accounting activities  
• Complete and manage various accounting-related projects for multiple clients.
• Review the work of junior staff

• 5+ years working in public accounting or bookkeeping firm
• Accounting, bookkeeping, and strong QuickBooks experience REQUIRED.
• Capable of doing more complex bookkeeping    
• Experience with cloud accounting and working in an outsourced accounting environment. 
• Ability to communicate with clients and team members clearly and effectively
