As Supplier Development & Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will drive supplier performance, operational excellence, and quality standards across our international supplier network. Acting as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and compliance throughout the supplier lifecycle.

• Take ownership of operational vendor collaboration as well as supplier performance and capability development.
• Serve as the primary operational interface to suppliers and drive:
  • Vendor evaluation and qualification in line with corporate standards, covering supply chain requirements, quality management, risk management, and portfolio strategy.
  • Support for Strategic Purchasing during supplier negotiations regarding contractual terms, service levels, operational excellence, and compliance with REPA's Supply Chain Policy.
  • Operational supplier onboarding, including master data setup, order processing, test shipments, and reverse logistics requirements.
  • The implementation and optimization of digital document flows (EDI) for operational and transactional processes.
  • Supplier performance management through cross-functional KPIs, regular performance reviews, and the definition and execution of improvement measures.
  • Operational collaboration roadmaps for key suppliers based on supplier segmentation and classification.
  • The establishment and continuous enhancement of quality management standards and performance improvement processes.
  • Supplier compliance with relevant regulatory and sustainability requirements, including Trade Compliance, ESG standards, and the REPA Code of Conduct.
• Act as the central interface between Strategic Procurement, Product Management, Operational Purchasing, and Logistics.
• Support Quality Management and Process Management in driving continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as 8D, A3/A4 problem solving, Kaizen workshops, and other structured improvement approaches.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits involving suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies (e.g. ISO 9001).

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification, alternatively a commercial or technical apprenticeship combined with relevant professional experience.
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in Supplier Quality Management, Supplier Development, Supplier Performance Management, or a comparable function within an international industrial, wholesale, or distribution environment.
• Strong expertise in supplier qualification, supplier segmentation, auditing, and risk-based supplier management.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly ISO 9001, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Management and Six Sigma.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D, DMAIC, Fishbone Analysis, and related methodologies.
• Auditor qualification or practical experience conducting supplier audits, ideally in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and sustainability requirements, including Trade Compliance, ESG, and LKSG.
• Experience working with KPI frameworks, scorecards, dashboards, and management reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, ideally SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or comparable platforms.
• Proven experience in escalation management, supplier negotiations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct disciplinary responsibility.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
