As part of REPA's new global Supply Chain organization and the establishment of our Global Fulfillment Center, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing material planning processes across the entire network. You will combine deep planning expertise with system knowledge to drive material availability, inventory performance, and process excellence throughout the organization.

Material Planning & MRP Management

• Establish and continuously improve planning system monitoring and supplier control processes to ensure material availability across the network.
• Support supplier segmentation and classification activities to enable differentiated MRP strategies.
• Develop and maintain material planning classifications and segmentation models, including ABC/XYZ, ABCD, replenishment clusters, inventory coverage, and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO).
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize MRP strategies to balance product availability, inventory levels, and working capital targets.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate service levels, inventory investments, capital costs, and order processing costs.
• Manage and optimize multi-site material planning processes, including intercompany replenishment and network inventory balancing.
• Act as the central MRP Key User and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning systems, parameters, and governance standards.

Material Lifecycle Management

• Monitor product and supplier lifecycle developments across the REPA Group and define appropriate ERP and MRP strategies to ensure optimal service and inventory performance.
• Perform regular SKU and storage strategy reviews based on regional demand patterns and consumption data, deriving recommendations for local and central stocking concepts.
• Support Product Management, Sales, and Procurement during new product introductions, supplier onboarding activities, and product phase-out processes.
• Define and further develop master data requirements to ensure efficient planning processes, system functionality, and automation opportunities.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of strategic material management concepts in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

End-to-End Supply Chain Planning

• Support the design and execution of an integrated Forecast-to-Supply planning process and its interfaces to Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Product Lifecycle Management, and Master Data Management.
• Contribute to the operational SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Product Management, Logistics, and Procurement.
• Collaborate closely with operations, materials management, and other business functions to ensure aligned planning decisions and supply chain performance.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and support the implementation of best-practice planning standards across the organization.

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study. Alternatively, a commercial or technical apprenticeship combined with relevant professional experience.
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in Material Management, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Operational Planning within an international distribution, wholesale, or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in managing complex material flows in high-volume and dynamic business environments.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes and the interactions between Sales, Procurement, Master Data Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP and MRP systems and proven experience as a key user in planning environments.
• Experience with SAP, KetteQ, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AS400, or comparable planning and ERP platforms is highly desirable.
• Practical experience in ERP and MRP implementation projects within international, multi-site warehouse or distribution networks.
• Strong knowledge of product and material lifecycle management processes.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Highly structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Ability to independently drive complex topics and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
