REPA is on an ambitious “One REPA” transformation journey. As Head of Change Management (m/f/d), you will build and embed a scalable, fit-for-purpose change management capability across the organization.
You will combine hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic oversight to ensure transformation initiatives are effectively adopted and sustained. The role includes responsibility for one Change Communication resource and close collaboration with senior leadership and the transformation portfolio.
Job Description
Establish & Govern Change Management
- Develop and implement a pragmatic change management framework aligned with REPA’s culture and maturity
- Define tools, templates, governance, and KPIs to measure readiness and adoption
- Oversee change activities across the transformation portfolio
Build Capability & Coach Leaders
- Coach project leads and leaders on effective change practices
- Design and facilitate trainings and workshops
- Establish a network of change champions across business units
Support the “One REPA” Transformation
- Partner with the Transformation Team to align change activities with strategic goals
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
- Identify interdependencies and manage cumulative change impact and fatigue
Partner with Leadership
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders
- Advise on stakeholder engagement, communication, and role-modelling change
- Facilitate alignment sessions and retrospectives to improve change effectiveness
Drive Engagement & Sustainability
- Contribute to a clear transformation narrative and consistent communication
- Track adoption through heatmaps, metrics, and feedback loops
- Embed change management into PMO, leadership development, and communication routines
Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- 10+ years of enterprise change management experience
- Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-year transformation programs
- Hands-on responsibility for end-to-end change delivery
- Experience leading international and cross-cultural transformations
- Strong understanding of organizational, process, technology, and behavioral change
- Experience with works councils / unionized environments is a strong plus
- Mastery of recognized change methodologies, applied pragmatically

- Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively
- Resilience across long transformation cycles
Language & Mobility
- Fluent English required; additional languages highly desirable
