We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to support and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in an SAP Public Cloud environment. The role focuses on enabling seamless procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing through SAP S/4HANA Cloud and integrated systems. The analyst will play a key role in implementation projects and post go-live operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Job Description
Process Analysis & Optimization
- Analyse and document current P2P processes, identify gaps, and propose SAP best-practice improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to align process enhancements with business objectives.
System Integration & Support
- Act as liaison between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and third-party procurement tools or legacy systems.
- Provide functional support for P2P-related issues and ensure smooth data flow across platforms.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Gather business requirements for procurement workflows, vendor onboarding, and invoice automation.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and maintain documentation.
Project Management & Implementation
- Support SAP cloud implementation projects, upgrades, and new integrations for P2P processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Testing & Training
- Develop and execute test cases for P2P functionalities.
- Train end-users on procurement workflows and provide ongoing support.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as purchase order accuracy, invoice cycle time, and vendor compliance.
- Create dashboards and reports for procurement performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in procurement focused on ERP environments.
- Hands-on experience with P2P processes in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Hands on experience with specialized systems for Procurement/Supply chains like FSCM, DDMRP etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and vendor management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot system/process issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
