We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and post go-live optimization of SAP S/4HANA Public implementation. This role requires deep expertise in SAP cloud architecture, integration strategies, and operational excellence to ensure seamless business process execution across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce domains. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design, oversee deployment, and establish governance for ongoing operations and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture for SAP Public Cloud landscapes, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Design integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and third-party systems (e.g., legacy ERPs, WMS, CRM, SAP CC and middleware platforms).
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance for SAP cloud deployments.

Business Process Alignment

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP cloud solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze existing processes and propose SAP best-practice configurations to optimize efficiency and compliance.

Implementation Leadership

  • Act as the SME for SAP cloud implementation, guiding internal teams and external partners through deployment phases.
  • Define migration strategies for transitioning from on-premise or hybrid environments to SAP cloud.

Post Go-Live Operations & Optimization

  • Establish operational frameworks for SAP cloud environments, including monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP Activate methodology and cloud innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and security standards for ongoing operations.

Integration & Data Management

  • Lead API and middleware integration design for SAP cloud connectivity with internal and external systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across integrated platforms.

Technology Evaluation & Innovation

  • Stay current with SAP cloud innovations and recommend enhancements for business value.
  • Propose strategies for leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and automation tools like SAP Joule.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Maintain architecture diagrams, operational playbooks, and integration specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and training to internal teams on SAP cloud best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture, with at least 3+ years in cloud implementations.
  • Proven track record of SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud deployments and operational support.
  • Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, TOGAF, or related areas are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud architecture and deployment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and cloud lifecycle management.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, integration tools (e.g., Boomi,SAP CPI, MuleSoft), and API frameworks.
  • Understanding of post go-live operations, including monitoring, incident resolution, and optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
