Job Description

We are hiring full time virtual marketing specialists to work at night (daytime U.S. office hours) locating wholesale real estate deals and contacting sellers to establish a working relationship with them. Candidates will assist new members with posting their real estate deal and creating a new member account. 


Qualifications

All applicants must share our goal-oriented, business-minded philosophy. We need candidates who have outstanding sales and people skills along with excellent written and verbal English abilities. Confidence and a positive attitude are huge advantages. 


All candidates should be able to utilize and understand computer software, email, and other online communication processes. Candidates will need to display the ability to research and compile data with effective organization skills, as these are necessary factors for success.


This position requires a fast and reliable internet connection, computer equipment, webcam, headset, and quiet work-space to allow you to make and answer phone calls and participate in regular team meetings comfortably and without interruption.  


All candidates will be expected to work 40hrs/wk during U.S. business hours. For that, we will pay a competitive base salary along with a commission for each lead acquired.
