Are you a conversation starter? Someone, who gets the things done? Self-motivated to achieve goals and targets? We are searching for our next sales ninja for our B2B division. 

Position Summary 

The Business Development Manager supports our expansion strategy in local, regional, and national markets by developing relationships with other businesses and partners, as well as nurtures and grows our current relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.

The ideal candidate must have strong relationship-building skills, experience in sales and account management, and be driven to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
The person in this position will be adept at identifying business opportunities and prospecting new business through online research, cold calling, and networking.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process, including research, prospecting, lead generation, and qualification
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help to identify and develop new business ventures
  • Nurture and manage leads until they are qualified as sales-ready
  • Create and maintain weekly pipeline and forecast
  • Ability to support metrics and milestones in order to achieve goals
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to maintain rapport and develop new sales
  • Manage and support existing relationships and accounts
  • Provide suggestions to improve existing B2B marketing efforts to improve sales and profits.
     

Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • 2+ year in similar role with a B2B Sales or Business Development component
  • Experience with using analytics to support market decisions
  • Experience within a fast-moving sales environment (inside sales)
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to stay organized in multiple projects

Strong Preference

  • Phone-based (Cold-calling) experience
  • Experience in Digital Sales/Media Sales
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Ability to take ownership and work within demanding targets
  • Experience in reporting and analytics
