We are looking to find the right person to join our incredible customer support team (yes, we're really proud of our people!) If you have a passion for customer support and enjoy helping others, you should consider this opportunity.

We are searching for a skilled, smart, and resourceful professional who will be essential in helping us to support our growing customer base.

As part of your ongoing tasks, you will:

  • Interact with our customers via phone (inbound/outbound), email and live chat to answer questions about services, membership, and technical support
  • Become an expert in the services we offer and provide assistance to members who are interested in learning more about our products
  • Review and approve user-generated web content, such as property listings
  • Call and verify information submitted by customers
  • Conduct phone calls to screen and approve new clients

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Be a capable writer who is able to craft clear and concise emails and letters to customers and vendors
  • Have fast and dependable internet connection and top-notch equipment (computer/laptop, headset, and webcam)
  • Have a dedicated workspace at home that is quiet and conducive to work on the phone
  • Ability to work during US business hours (nighttime in the Philippines)
  • Be organized and a stickler for details
  • Come to work with a positive attitude and ready to learn
  • Be able to follow established operating procedures, while also problem-solving and think independently

Bonus:

  • Current or previous experience in BPO/Call Center environment
  • Industry knowledge of US-real estate

Training for this position will be provided as part of onboarding. The right candidate should be available 16–22 weekly hours during regular US business hours.

We offer competitive hourly pay based on the candidate's experience and credentials.
