Among our products, we provide affordable real estate investing leads, training, and tools to investors around the country. Because we are web-based, much of our day-to-day revolves around online marketing strategy. As Marketing Coordinator, you will support all marketing initiatives to grow our customer base and expand our service offerings. Ongoing activities and responsibilities include:

• Develop content marketing strategies
• Track acquisitions and sales related to content strategies
• Implement custom marketing campaigns to promote key products and partnerships
• Develop copywriting content 
• Develop and optimize social media advertising efforts
• Support the optimization of our pay-per-click and remarketing campaigns
• Contribute to search engine optimization (seo) efforts
• Support the needs of the Marketing Director to reach established marketing goals
• Create and maintain reports to track marketing performance
• Become an essential figure in helping the company to achieve its goals and fulfill its vision

Requirements

• 1+ year of Marketing experience
• Experience with email marketing 
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Experience working as part of a team
• Positive attitude and passionate approach to your work
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and execute long-term projects
• Familiarity with design concepts
• Positive attitude and passionate approach to your work
• Objective thinking and goal-oriented mindset
• Local to Houston, TX

Strong Preference: 

• Basic web authoring ability (HTML) and experience in Wordpress
• Previous experience using ESPs such as MailChimp, Infusionsoft, or ExactTarget
• Previous experience managing Google Adwords and Facebook Ad Platform accounts
• Experience in a startup and/or web-based service environment
• Hands-on experience with information marketing
• You enjoy staying up to date on marketing and technology trends
• You are an avid learner
