Job Description

As Business Development Manager, you will fulfill a key strategic role in promoting business growth and achieving our vision. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing programs to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
  • Identifying and developing new and existing referral sources to develop successful relationships.
  • Managing digital media sales and lead generation programs.
  • Maintaining and expanding affiliate programs.

Qualifications

Experience REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development position [3+ yrs]
  • Track record of signing accounts and generating new business
  • Experience managing account sales
  • Top-notch communication skills (both written AND verbal)
  • Stickler for detail
  • Computer savvy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Strong Preference:

  • Previous performance in a SaaS environment
  • Sales & Forecasting/Sales Projection experience
  • Strategic thinking and organizational development experience
