Job Description

Did we mention we’re growing? We are looking for our next teammate to join the best team in all of Houston (yes, we’re really proud of our people!) If you have a true love and passion for championing and serving customers by collaborating with a team of individuals who are passionate, innovative, and affecting change from the ground up, this is for you.

You will be expected to develop and cultivate assigned markets within our Nationwide network of Real Estate Investors. You will help to build markets with inventory of properties and increase membership. 

You will be tasked with ensuring highest customer satisfaction and return on investment while enhancing customer experience; acting as point-of-contact for customers, advocating for their interests and giving voice to their feedback; and reviewing and assessing customers' progress.

Qualifications

Experience REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing [3+ yrs]
  • Track record of acting as a customer advocate
  • Top-notch communication skills (both written AND verbal)
  • Stickler for detail
  • Computer savvy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong Preference:

  • Active or previous experience in residential real estate investing
  • Experience developing and sharing business processes and product knowledge
