Redica Systems is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our India-based tech team and help us tackle new and ongoing release projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, significant experience in software quality assurance and automation, and the ability to effectively manage complexity while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the QA point person for one or more products
- Collaborate closely with distributed development resources across multiple offices
- Plan, create, and document test plans and cases for projects
- Plan, create, execute, and document automated test scripts for projects
- Identify and communicate risks along with risk mitigation strategies
- Assist in scheduling estimates, timelines, and milestones
- Contribute to designing and evolving the company's QA process
- Identify issues and generate detailed issue reports

- 4+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
- Experience testing websites, SaaS, and/or web-based technologies
- Strong understanding of SDLC and SQA methodologies
- Excellent communication skills within a team environment
- Strong understanding of web-delivered applications
- Experience creating test cases and testing documentation with or without requirements/specifications
- Proficiency in manual testing of UI, API, and Databases
- Experience in automating UI, API, and Database validations using [mention specific automation tools]
- Proficiency in using Jira and Xray as test case management tools and Bitbucket as a pipeline
- Knowledgeable about popular web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
- Familiarity with major operating systems (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Unix)
- Experience with automation tools like Cypress and Pytest
- Experience with databases like Snowflake and Dynamo
- Experience in load and performance testing
