Job Description

The Director of Revenue Operations will drive revenue acceleration by creating, executing, and enforcing processes across our revenue-generating teams (Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success). You and your team will manage several systems across the sales tech stack including all areas of Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and Prolifiq to ensure integrations are seamless and critical data is complete, accurate, and up to date, with a focus on removing obstacles to accelerate our sales cycles.  

This is an ideal role for a master collaborator with a passion for working with revenue teams and their leaders to clearly identify trends, communicate process changes, and continuously identify and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively evaluate analytics to further accelerate revenue 
  • Work directly with the executive team to determine and influence key initiatives/objectives that drive revenue
  • Advise on new business growth strategy, churn strategy, existing customer base expansion, sales incentives, and segmentation; approach problems analytically to come to data-driven resolutions
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that can materially impact Redica’s growth trajectory 
  • Deliver, insightful reports and dashboards to the executive team and individual contributors around KPIs for win rates, CAC, ARR, Renewals/Upsells, LTV, Forecast Accuracy, Pipeline Velocity and Sales Cycle Time, etc
  • Gather requirements and project manage changes to our sales and support technology that result in improvements in productivity
  • Work directly with leadership to create and execute strategies that steer the sales org including overall structure, sales goals, lead generation and management, segmentation/territory optimization, etc.
  • Identify areas of market opportunity and gaps to prioritize customer segments accordingly
  • Design/build handoff processes across each Go-to-Market function (pre to post-sales) to ensure efficiency across functions (e.g account scoring, lead routing, post-sales account/opportunity hygiene, onboarding, etc.)
  • Ongoing analysis to improve the understanding of the business, our customers, customer personas, and sales cycles to increase revenue and improve sales efficiency
  • Participate in the annual sales planning cycle, including quota and compensation, territory design, capacity planning; aligning with supporting teams to establish a formal business plan, and coordinating execution
  • Create, document, implement, train and enforce processes and bring creative ideas for process improvements to encourage collaboration between the sales, marketing, customer success teams
  • Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a process, product, campaign, and rep productivity
  • Enforce and monitor data hygiene across the customer journey and platforms

Qualifications

  • B.A. in Business, Economics, or another related field
  • 4+ years experience supporting a B2B Enterprise SaaS business technical stack from implementation through optimization, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Hands-on systems administration experience with a strong Salesforce background
  • Experience interacting with senior management in decision making and delivering reports and insights to executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional quantitative ability, solid MS Excel skills, and innovative reporting experience
  • Deep experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization)
  • Experience training and clearly communicating process changes
  • Fanatical drive for data hygiene to support forecasting and reporting
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, planning, and reasoning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience handling conflicting priorities
  • Proven experience with continuous process improvement
