Requirements to hire a BDM

1. Graduate in any stream.

2.  Presentable candidate

3.  Proven work experience of 1-2 years minimum in sales and marketing (preferably into beauty/ cosmetic products).

4.    As this is a marketing job  so travelling is  required.

5.  Being a marketing and sales job, there is extra incentives/ income on extra sales done, at the same time there is sales target to be achieved month after month, therefore able to handle pressure situations.

6.  Responsive, punctual and selling skills are must.

7.  2 wheeler is must.
