Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition & Human Resources

  • Putting emphasis on employer branding, candidate experience and employee experience 
  • Recruitment planning, candidate pipeline managing, human resource reporting (e.g Job Description, posting, CVs, interview, offering, termination)
  • Internship programs management 
  • Onboarding & Training program preparation
  • Staff welfare policy and execution (compensation & benefits, review, amend, supplement)
  • Company's Activities (Happy hour, Internal bonding trips and activities, Charities,…)

2. Administration

  • General Office task.
  • Admin purchase management
  • Review and implement Company policies
  • Planning and organizing company events
  • Office rental/contract & Renovation
  • Office general affairs (working environment, equipment...)

 

Qualifications

Other qualifications

  • Graduated from College, University
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in the Admin / HR. Priority to candidates who has worked for both small & medium companies
  • Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel, ...)
  • Good communication
  • Skills of independent working, teamwork
  • Honest, hardworking and enthusiastic at work
  • Resistant to work pressure
