As an Odoo Business Process Manager, you are responsible for implementing Odoo.

You will work directly with end users, helping them optimize their working environment with standard Odoo modules and/or custom development.

Responsibilities:

• You must understand the end-user's business, and the problems they face, as well as analyze the GAP between the actual requirements and the available solutions, thereby making recommendations on the configuration or new customization development. 
• You will be responsible for the deployment, testing, and training of the end users. 
• You will be responsible for operational support to the end users, and for the assessment of end-user reception and feedback.
• Work location: Hanoi Office and Hung Yen factory

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in business administration, information technology, and computer science
• Previous experience as a business process analyst, business analyst, system analyst, or similar role
• Ability to learn quickly, self-training, ability to read and understand documents in English. 
• Critical thinking, analytical thinking, logical thinking, agile mindset
• Open-minded, ability to learn & adapt quickly
• Organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Understanding of one/several areas of business processes.
