Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Support Executive Assistant with internal human resources/admin tasks such as: post job announcements, schedule interviews, send reject/accept emails; take care of office facilities, fill in admin paperwork (taxes,...)    

  • Support Marketing and Product team with various tasks

  • Manage, train, and supervise a remote team of event operation staff to ensure high-quality operation results

  • Data entry tasks and other tasks as assigned by management

  • Work min of 24 hours/week in the office

Qualifications

  • Positive, open-minded, and can-do attitude 

  • Hard-working, detail-oriented, fast-learner

  • Capable of flexible work hour to accommodate events in the US time zones

  • Currently a college student (sophomore and above preferred) 

  • Good command of English and strong MS Office skills

  • Have your own laptop (will have to bring to the office)
