Job Description

As a BPM, you will be responsible for digitizing business processes, ensuring they run smoothly and are optimized. This position also requires you to collaborate closely with developers to build amazing features that support the business process. 

Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for converting business requirements and ideas into specifications, testing developments, and ensuring great applications are deployed at lightning speed. 

You also will be responsible for performing functional and performance analysis for all processes, then simulating the business process in a digital environment, performing GAP analysis between the Odoo process and the real environment, thereby recommending process refactoring/software customization development.

You will be responsible for evaluating, testing digitized business processes, training and delivering to end users, and evaluating user feedback.

Work location: Hanoi Office and Hung Yen Factory.

Qualifications

The ability to find simple solutions to complex problems. 

Ability to learn quickly, self-train, read and understand documents in English. 

Project management, communication, coaching, and training skills. 

Understanding of one/several areas of business processes (e.g. manufacturing, logistics, accounting, etc.)
