• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Create images and layouts by hand or using design software.
• Work with Marketing and Product teams to produce a final design.
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Understand deeply Rakuna's product suite, branding guideline, product positioning, and competitors in the market.
• Develop creative concepts into prominent designs matched with brand guidelines and positioning according to product requirements such as banners, marketing materials, website, online banners,...etc.
• Create design deliverables such as specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Collaborate with the Product Team (Web, Mobile, Quality Assurance) to provide design ideas and strategies.
• Support the Marketing Team in designing landing pages and other sales/marketing materials per request.

Must have:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience with UX/UI design (BOTH required).
• Strong portfolio with a focus on UI, UX, and IA for web and mobile technologies.
• Experience with user research and feedback analysis.
• Proactive, self-motivated, high attention to detail, ability to deliver work on time and with quality.
• Ability to use design software and technologies at ease (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details, exceptional creativity and innovation
• Good time and project management.
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
   

Nice to have:

• Familiar with Agile development.
• Product design experience at a SaaS or web application business.
• Experience working in startup-like environments with iterative, value-driven product releases.
