Job Description

We're looking for a right-hand person for the C-suite to take care of Rakuna's Hanoi office. The ideal candidate is energetic, empathetic, loves to take care of everyone in the office while doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and managing various contracted teams.

In detail, you will:

  • Handle HR tasks such as:
    • Updating our internal databases with new employee information
    • Generating monthly payroll
    • Supporting with recruitment
    • Organizing monthly bonding events/happy hour events
  • Handle Admin tasks such as:
    • Preparing communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
    • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and supervising company calendars
  • Handle Event Operations team with tasks such as:
    • Hiring and training new operators
    • Assigning team members to be on-call for work
    • Ensuring the work quality of the team
  • Handle other tasks as required to support CEO & COO:
    • Market research, competitor research
    • Sales & Customer support
    • Accounting, dealing with local authorities, etc.

Qualifications

Must have:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience 
  • Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, diligent, flexible
  • Strong organization skills and willingness to wear multiple hats
  • Good command of English (writing and speaking) and strong MS Office skills
  • Be willing to work at night occasionally to support clients in different time zones
