Job Description

Our Marketing team is fueled by creativity and building world-class marketing solutions for our products. In this role, you will build and lead the marketing function for Rakuna. We are looking for an individual who has a well-rounded knowledge and skills in utilizing digital marketing to effectively execute campaigns and bring our product to a wider range of customers.

The ideal candidate will have a great interest in digital marketing in the North American market (mainly the U.S.), has experiences effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams; exhibits skills in SEO marketing, product positioning, and creative marketing; be both creative and analytical; and displays strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for demand generation, lead nurturing and marketing funnel optimization using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, email marketing, and content marketing to grow Rakuna brand awareness among customers in the North American marketing (mainly the U.S.)

  • Work closely with CEO & COO to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels that meet and exceed company expectations

  • Monitor, analyze and collect data; adjust and optimize content and strategies for advertising campaigns

  • Continually research, update technology, algorithms and new tricks of paid advertising channels

  • Proactively improve marketing strategies and plans using data-driven results

  • Proactively train members in the Marketing team with knowledge on digital marketing as well as leadership and management skills  

Qualifications

Must have

  • Min 2 years in digital marketing, especially with inbound marketing (SEO, Google Adwords, social media, email marketing, and content marketing)
  • Min 1 year in a marketing managerial/leadership role.
  • A balance of creative and analytic mindset, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework.
  • Effectiveness and comfort at working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment with the ability to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate.
  • True desire to continually grow long-term in the Marketing field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in startup-like environments with iterative, value-driven product releases.
  • Knowledge about digital marketing in the North American market.
  • Strong sense of design.
