About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Elite Business Banking team. This role is designed for a high-performing individual who thrives on building deep client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving portfolio growth. You’ll be the trusted advisor to our Elite Business Banking and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients, ensuring their banking experience is seamless, personalized, and value-driven. This role reports to Senior Vice President, Head of Elite- Business Banking Liabilities. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and onboard new Elite Business Banking and HNWI clients to grow a robust and profitable portfolio.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their unique financial goals.
  • Deliver customized banking and investment solutions to enhance portfolio value and client loyalty.
  • Develop retention strategies for high-value clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and service targets through strategic relationship management.
  • Drive revenue generation by focusing on low-cost transactional money and other income streams.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities across the bank’s full suite of products and services.
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with business banking activities.
  • Coordinate with service and back-office teams to meet client expectations and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Handle SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within defined turnaround times.
  • Gather market insights to support product development and enhance customer offerings.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent for Expats and Higher Degree Diploma or equivalent qualifications for Nationals (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Relationship Management, or Customer Service, preferably in a similar role managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWI)
  • Industry: Exposure to Banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management, or financial services sales
