Job Description
We are current hiring for Business Development Manager- BB Elite where you will be responsible to drive new Elite Business Banking acquisitions, ensuring sales targets are met within risk and policy guidelines. Manage and grow client portfolios, delivering exceptional service and strengthening relationships. Effectively cross-sell banking products, maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- To identify, market and book new liability/ transaction Elite Business accounts along with ensuring robust portfolio growth.
- To collaborate closely with other units and support functions within the bank to maximize cross sell opportunities.
- To meet the financial targets within the acceptable risk standards.
- To ensure that clients conform to the Bank’s compliance criteria.
- To ensure that processes/controls are adhered as per the Bank’s guidelines.
- Carry out all tasks ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent service to customers and adhering to all appropriate processes and procedures.
- Always comply with the Staff Code of Conduct to ensure a positive image of the Bank is presented to all customers.
- Ensure that the business is booked as per guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Handle service requirements of all clients within the team to ensure client expectations are met through coordination with respective service /back-office teams.
- Ensure all SAS and Correspondent Bank queries are resolved in a timely manner as per department TAT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent for Expats and Higher Degree Diploma or equivalent qualifications for Nationals (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Banking Liabilities, Wealth Management Relationship Management
- In-depth knowledge of target market and their requirement to assist and guide team to acquire and maintain quality and profitable relationships.
- HNWI Relationship Management skills and good working knowledge of banking products.
