We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets, developing advanced analytical models, and driving data-driven decision-making across our organization.

• Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems
• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate model performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business value
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data science within the organization

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Credit Risk Modelling
• Risk Analytics
• Scorecard Development

Tools: SAS, Power BI, Python, Databricks, Datarobot (must have).

• Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) with expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis
• Experience with big data technologies and large-scale data processing
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of developing and implementing machine learning models
• Understanding of industry-specific data challenges and solutions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
