Job Overview

To manage and grow a portfolio of Business Liability relationships by meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards (as detailed in the policy guidelines) through strong acquisition and relationship management skills and effective service delivery.  To effectively cross sell the entire range of Business banking and other products to business customers

What you will be doing

  • Identify, market, and secure new liability/transaction business accounts while ensuring robust portfolio growth.

  • Collaborate with other units to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

  • Achieve financial targets effectively.

  • Ensure clients comply with the Bank’s regulatory and compliance standards.

  • Adhere to established processes and controls in line with the Bank’s guidelines.

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of Business Liability customers, focusing on low-cost transactional funds.

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new business customers

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Over five years of experience in branch banking, operations, relationship management, and customer service, ideally within a high-net-worth individual (HNWI) relationship management role.

  • Extensive knowledge of the target market and its requirements, enabling effective guidance and support for teams in acquiring and maintaining quality, profitable relationships.

  • Strong HNWI relationship management skills, complemented by a solid working knowledge of RAKBANK products.
