Job Overview
Build and preserve relationship with the customers for banking products. Ensure new business and healthy product mix is maintained keeping customer suitability at the core. Achieve sales targets including Beyond points with progressive customer engagement. Need to ensure delivery of quality service to customers while adhering to RAKBANK standards and operational controls.
What You Will be doing
Execute branch tasks related to new business with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer experience while adhering to established processes and procedures.
Promote and sell financial products to meet sales targets.
Provide expert guidance to customers, maintaining professionalism and compliance with the Staff Code of Conduct.
Support branch operations by performing additional tasks as directed by the line manager.
Stay informed about the Business Continuity Plan (BCM), completing necessary training to ensure readiness for potential disruptions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers to drive business objectives.
Uphold the Sales Governance Document and service standards consistently
Complete assigned sales tasks promptly and accurately while delivering high-quality customer service.
Assist in new business processes under the guidance of the line manager, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a positive brand image through excellent customer interactions and service quality.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and efficiency improvement.
